Konnichiwa, Alex, I hope your car is more comfortable than it looks; it reminded me of the new Indian barebones cars that just came on the market but with way cooler Japanese design. Hope you're having some exploration time during Golden Week, It doesn't exactly look like Mimasaka is a place that would be over run with escapees from the cities. I hope you will go to Beppu & get buried in hot sand sometime while you're on Kyushu; it's one of those things perpetually on my J-list, but I've never been to Kyushu. Love, AuntNanc
