The "Naked Man Festival" or "Hadaka Matsuri" at Saidai-ji temple near Okayama City... Yes that is ten thousand (mostly japanese) guys attempting to get a "stick" that the priest throws into the crowd. The winner gets a few thousand dollars. And yes, it was very cold!
